Q: How can I get a sample?

A: Normally small size samples can be sent free of charge and customers only need to pay a little shipping charge or you can provide your DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS courier account number to us.As for bigger sizes, it depends.

Q: What is the delivery time?

A: Sample is normally 3 days. Mass production is normally 15days. Mass fabricated products is normally 30days.

Q:How can you guarantee quality of production is the same with sample sent to me before?

A: Our warehouse staff will keep one same sample marked your company name in our factory, production will based on warehouse sample.And we will send you pictures and video if production is finished.

Q: What is the payment term?

A: Normally 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment.

Q: What is the paying ways available?
