PFA is Perfluoroalkoxy.It is a copolymer of a small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluoroethylene ether and polytetrafluoroethylene. PFA pipe character remains unchanged compared to polytetrafluoroethylene.But the pfa hose melt adhesion is enhanced and the viscosity of the solution decreases.This PFA resin can be directly produced into products using ordinary thermoplastic forming methods.

Poor fluidity, easy to decompose, and produce corrosive gases during decomposition. It is advisable to strictly control the molding temperature not to exceed 475 ℃, the mold should be heated to 150-200 ℃.
Color is semi transparent, injection molding, extrusion molding. The molding temperature is 350-400 ℃.If it is above 475 ℃, it is easy to cause discoloration or bubbles and the difficulty of demolding.
